Although MY ONLINE CLIENTS are seeing great results during this time, I noticed others struggling to adapt because they they didn't have a gym to attend nor support team to keep them accountable in their fat loss goals. Attending Zoom classes wasn't enough for them. . .
I knew it would have to take a revolution - something more than a few online classes and nutrition plan to overturn the possible weight gain and suppressed immune outcomes of the coronavirus pandemic. It would have to be backed with with science and contain the 3 PILLARS for any successful fitness program to work - EXERCISE SCIENCE, SUSTAINABLE NUTRITION AND 24/7 ACCOUNTABILITY. It would have to take a BODYWEIGHT REVOLUTION! And thus, it was created. . .
